Any user who enters and uses the services of the shop ihas to agree and accept the conditions without exception. If someone does not agree to these terms, the he should not make any use of the shop and he should avoid any transaction with it.

The Company reserves the right to amend or revise terms and conditions of transactions from the e-shop at will, when they are necessary. The Company undertakes the obligation to inform consumers of any change in the pages of this online store. The Company will not be held responsible for any kind of damages that may result from the execution of orders or the possible delay of the execution for any reason. The online store does not guarantee the availability of products, but will inform customers as soon as possible of the non-availability. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for civil or criminal penalties for any damage suffered by any visitor to the user's e-store or by third reason that has any connection with the operation and use of the website and providing related products through this.
The Company is relieved of its obligations on any kind of delay in cases of force majeure.

The products supplied by our company usually are covered by the exclusive manufacturer's warranty and conditions, which are available in the user's manual or the general sales conditions of the manufacturer.
If the products are for professional use, the company Singular is not responsible for any consequences arising from use of products within the professional activities of the customer. The liability of the company SAttom Fit  is limited to the value of products.

When you register with attomfit.com, you will be asked for some personal information such as: name, surname, country, county, city, telephone number, electronic mail (e-mail), etc.
This personal data of the users and any kind of data from the transactions with the online store are considered confidential. Users who provide their data, so that transactions can take place, agree and accept the processing of this personal data for the purposes of the transaction , as well as the transmission of this data to personnel of the Company. The Company will never  give away customer information and/or transaction details, unless written authorization from them, or because of a court decision or other public authority. The set of documents and electronic data to be exchanged between the parties of a sale will be held by the Company. The customer can access them if desired.

 Value Added Tax (V.A.T.)

Our customers are obligated to the VAT rate which applies in Cyprus (currently  amounted to 19%).

 
Product Returns and Denial

The customer reserves the right to return the products he purchased within 14 days from the date he received the products from our company.  In this case, the customer bears the shipping and return costs for withdrawal from €100-180 depending on the quantity.

Refunds and cancellations of orders are accepted if the items returned by the customer have not been used. Also products for return must be accompanied by the receipt or invoice.

You must carefully check the products before  you accept the product it's status  and its packaging to identify any defects such as broken merchandise, wrong product code or wrong type. After the receipt of the goods no defect or error is recognized. In case of refund please contact us to tell you the address for sending us the products.
 

Shipping

Products will be sent to the address which is set by the individual customer at the time of order. The company works with courier companies, to ensure safe and fast shipment of products. Shipping costs will be borne by the clients and they will be informed of the exact cost of each shipment before submitting their final order. The Company is committed to making every effort to dispatch the products to customers within the indicated time, but in case of delay for any reason the Company does not recognize the existence of any liability.

The company is not responsible for any technical, typographical or spelling errors in prices pictures or product characteristics.

Your orders can be filed electronically, if you wish, you can take note of the contents of your order.
